RESIDENTIAL 

HABILITATION

We provide services to Medicaid Waiver Enrolled individuals who reside with family members or independently in the community utilizing "positive behavioral supports."

This service provides the opportunity for the individuals to increase their skills in the areas of mobility, social behaviors, self care, basic safety, housekeeping, personal hygiene, health care, and financial management. These services are provided by caregivers in the home and apartment settings. The care also focuses on teaching skills that help the individual learn to function at the greatest level of independence possible.

Positive Behavioral Supports is a sustainable form of applied behavior analysis (ABA) that uses a system to understand what maintains an individual's challenging behavior.
